If you squint,  the tropical frog that brought two awards to Mackey Mitchell’s design for the 11th Annual CaNstruction event will jump right out.  The “Croaking Frog,” received awards for “Structural Integrity,” and “Juror’s Favorite.”

Judging took place on Monday, March 28 at the St. Louis Science Center.  After “deconstruction,” all 5,600 cans of food were distributed to the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry.  For a list of donors and team members who demonstrated a can-do spirit on accomplishing this worthwhile mission, see the blog post dated March 22nd. The generous amount  of food raised for distribution from this event totaled 70,332 pounds.
