“An experienced librarian in the traditional sense, who brings exquisite research and organizational expertise to the architectural and design community,” is how the associate editor of Architectural Products magazine describes resource librarian Cassie Kromnacker. In the magazine’s September issue, Cassie discusses how she became interested in design and her work as the interiors resource librarian at Mackey Mitchell Architects. As part of the magazine’s special focus, she also comments on some of the industry’s latest and greatest projects, from the PPG Paint Color Fan Deck that identifies color trends, to the latest sustainable products produced by the 3form company. According to Cassie, “I’m fascinated by the industry as a whole…I get to see the creative side of products which is really cool.”
