Webster University East Academic Building

• The 94,323sf East Academic Building at Webster University features 31 classrooms, 10 large computer labs, and conference and meeting rooms with up-to-date instruction, design and technology features. The building is also home to the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology.
• A modern interpretation of Collegiate Gothic architecture, the building was designed to LEED Silver standards. The site contains two rain gardens for controlled, reduced water runoff. Two green roofs and low-emitting glass help reduce heat and cooling loads and increase energy efficiency. The building envelope's high performance design will result in an estimated cost savings of $30,00 a year.
