Dejope Residence Hall & Dining Facility
- Located on a premier site overlooking Lake Mendota, the new, 185,000sf, $42 million,400-bed residence hall and mixed-use complex has become a social hub for the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Configured in a L-shape, the facility is designed to take advantage of lake views.
- Designed as a series of living unit pds with five double-occupancy bedrooms and one bathroom per pod, each pod also includes a small community alcove. Mackey Mitchell is the design architect for this project, with a Wisconsin-based firm serving as Architect of Record.
