The project has received exceptional reviews from the client on both the aesthetics and the speed with which the project was completed.

• Faced with a sudden rise in enrollment, Westminster College engaged Mackey Mitchell to help design and construct new housing for upperclassmen. The three buildings contain four townhouse units each, providing 76 new beds. Working with a developer, the team selected an undeveloped site just a short walk from the heart of campus.
• The site allows students to take advantage on on-campus amenities, while giving them the feel of apartment style living. Designed to complement Westminster's architectural style, the apartments are easily identifiable as part of the college, and are arranged on the site to preserve a park-like setting and blend with its nearby residential location.
