- Meeting high standards for new campus buildings, expanding their housing capacity, and addressing environmental concerns were goals set by Emory University for their new "green" designed sorority complex in Atlanta, GA. Emory is considered a leader in green building design, certifying new construction to LEED standards. Becasue of the residential nature of the new complex, certification went through Earth Craft and ENERGY STAR programs.
- Working with Jova Daniels Busby, the program called for a 200,000sf sorority village, housing approximately 205 students, with ten stand-alone houses situated around a quadrangle of green space. A community center provides ample space for meetings and special events.
