Arranged to form a quad, these Greek houses face green space, and all have outdoor patio areas for groups to socialize.

• Working with HTK Architects, Mackey Mitchell developed a Master Plan for eight Greek houses on the Washburn campus.
• After completion of the Master Plan, design began on Phase I of the project: four Greek houses - two for fraternities, and two for sororities.
• Each house features 26 beds, in both single and double rooms with hall bathrooms, as well as community dining, kitchen, lounge, and study facilities and "chapter rooms."
