Working with colleges and universities large and small all across the country, we are committed to establishing a welcoming, comfortable home…creating places that foster socialization where everyone feels they are part of something greater than themselves. These are the necessary ingredients that contribute to student achievement. Through our many years of experience designing student residences, we have gotten to know how students’ needs have evolved. As long-standing members in the ACUHO-I organization, we stay current with the latest national trends in housing. But more importantly, our process of engagement with students, and administrators, early in the process of each project enables us to understand those aspects that are unique to each campus.
