We’re seeking talented architectural designers with 2-6 years of experience.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Careful attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Will collaborate with the Project Designer and Project Architect to contribute to the design process and be an integral part of the project team
  • Have a passion for design exploration and iteration
  • Have excellent graphic communication skills: Including 3D rendering, diagramming, creation of client presentations and marketing assets

Project Architect (All Locations)

We’re seeking talented project architects with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in our Dallas office.

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Will collaborate with the Project Designer and Project Manager to be an integral part of the project team
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Are motivated team players and collaborators
  • Exhibit exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail
  • Professional accredited architectural degree
  • Experience level from 5-10 years of architectural work experience
  • Proficient in Revit, and Microsoft Office apps; experience in Adobe CC Suite and Blue beam review is a plus
  • Experience working with higher education clients is a plus
  • United States Work Authorization required

Interior Designer/Architect (St. Louis)

We’re seeking a talented interior designer or interior architect with 5-15 years of experience to join our team in our St. Louis office.

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Exhibits exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to work proactively
  • Skilled in design conceptualization, space planning, creating and presenting effective graphic presentations, and selecting and specifying finish materials and furniture
  • Experienced in leading the interior design of large projects and managing client, consultant, and team dynamics within a collaborative design environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of all project phases with proficiency in documentation and detailing with a desire to mentor emerging professionals
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Proficient in Revit and SketchUp. Skilled at rendering in Lumion or Enscape a plus
  • A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 5-15 years of post-graduate experience
  • NCIDQ Certification preferred, or currently in the process of certification.
