Senior Project Architect

Locations:

St. Louis, MO | Dallas, TX | Asheville, NC

The Senior Project Architect plays a leadership role in delivering innovative and thoughtful design solutions. This position is ideal for licensed architects with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience who can balance multiple projects, guide documentation, and collaborate closely with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Designer and Project Manager to lead the design process.

• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and schedules.

• Organize and assemble complete document sets.

• Apply knowledge of building codes, guidelines, and building systems (structural, MEP, FP, etc.).

• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.

• Uphold exceptional standards for design quality, detail, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• • Licensed Architect (U.S.)

  • Minimum of 10 years architectural experience

  • Proficiency in Revit, drafting, modeling, and Microsoft Office; Adobe CC Suite and Bluebeam experience a plus

  • Higher education project experience preferred
