Mackey Mitchell was recently awarded a new student housing and dining project at Southern Illinois University  Carbondale. As a result of being selected for the job, and as part of SIUC’s architecture school program, about 20 students and their professor Norm Lach will be visiting our office the afternoon of February 6. As part of their 2013 studio project these students will be coming up with their own ideas for student housing and dining on the Carbondale campus. Mackey Mitchell’s staff shared their knowledge and experience on these building types.
