Webster's Grand Opening

The official grand opening of Webster University’s East Academic Building took place last evening. This academic building with 31 classrooms, 10 large computer labs, and conference and meeting places features the most up-to-date instruction, design features, and technology.  The $29 million, 94,000SF building is also home to the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology.  Designed by New York architecture firm  Robert A.M. Stern, LLP, Mackey Mitchell served as the Architect-of-Record. Built to meet LEED certification, pending third-party verification, the building substantially improves performance through energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emmision reduction and improved indoor environmental quality. Project team members include Dan MItchell, Greg Frankenfeld, Nick Naeger, and Kim Hughes.
