Two lucky winners who attended the ACUHO-I conference this year in Minneapolis will be receiving scholarships. Based on a drawing of business cards from people who stopped by our booth, Dan Mitchell, president of Mackey Mitchell Architects, announced the individuals who will be receiving the MMA giveaways.  Paul Riel, Executive Director of Residential Services at Northwestern University will be receiving a $1000 outright scholarship that can be used to give to a student of his choice. Nicholas Sweeton, Senior Director of Residential Education at the University of Arizona will be awarded a STARS College Scholarship, which may be given to a student who wants to attend the leadership training program at next year’s ACUHO-I conference in Washington, D.C.  Congratulations Paul and Nicholas!
